By using BizzTrader.com, its sub-domains and all its webpages you confirm to the terms and conditions:
• An advertisement has to concretely describe a product and/ or service offer. Website visitors may contact/ inquire the advertiser regarding his/ her product and/ or service offer.
• An advertisement may only be submitted into one category/ sub-category, except for advertisements which are submitted to B2B.BizzTrader.com. However, the content of these advertisements must always be related to the category/ sub-category.
• Advertisements which are contrary by all international laws and domestic laws of residents and/ or social decency are not allowed.
• Multi Level marketing (MLM) advertisements, advertisements with contents as "rapidly deserve/ earn money" and advertisements where people are asked to join Herbalife, Jafra Cosmetics, Kleeneze, DHS clubs, Avon, Vemma and "homeparty's" are not allowed.
• Submitting advertisements with unnessesery extra search-/ keywords are not allowed.
• Pornographic-, erotic-, sexcontact and/ or 18+ adult advertisements are not allowed.
• Advertisements with incorrect advertiser info data are not allowed.
• Homework/ home projects and/ or home employment advertisings has to contain exact and detailed information.
• Advertisement contents offering CD's, CD-Rom and/ or DVD's (music, software and/ or films/ movies) must explicitly indicate original and legal versions.
• Advertisings submitted to B2B.BizzTrader.com are allowed in English language only. Except for the paid advertisement packages: "Basic" and "premium".
If the above conditions are not applied, the advertisement(s) will be removed. BizzTrader.com is permitted to remove and/ or deny person and/ or company subscriptions that are not conform these terms and conditions.
BizzTrader.com is allowed to provide personal data available to the Dutch police force, judicial authorities and/ or third parties in case of offence/ abusing the law and/ or these terms and conditions.
BizzTrader.com, Koopjesmarkt.BizzTrader.com, B2B.BizzTrader.com and Blacklist.BizzTrader.com are not and can not be set responsible for any damage which can or is caused by using their services.
